110kV 126kV 3150A 40kA GIS SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear
General:
SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as GIS), it is comprised by CB, disconnector, earthing switch, CT, arrester, busbar, bushing, cable terminal, or other electrical apparatus elements.
All elements (except bushing) should be in the metal case, and there is excellent insulated and arc extinguishing SF6 gas in the metal case.
1. Excellent breaking performance
The original arc extinguishing system can meet the requirement of close-in fault, fall out step breaking, cutting sensibility, capacitative current. Excellent breaking can meet 1.5class, and also can meet the different systems requirement of neutral-point solid ground and neutral-point insulating.
2. High reliability and security
There are steady, reliable primary structure, three-position disconnector, disc- insulator with metal outer ring, high quality cast aluminium alloy shell and mechanical-electrical double interlocking. This product is beautiful exterior, reliable earth connection, without swirl loss, big safety margin, and can meet the temperature rise of 110% rated current and thermostable test for 4 seconds.
3. Low leakage rate of SF6
The seal link is reduced, simplify monitoring system of SF6, adopt multifunction integration proclaim oneself valve seat, which can completely eradicate SF6 gas leakage.
4. The rating is higher than like product, inflation pressure is lower, weight is lighter, space usage is smaller, lifetime us longer.
5. Module design is modulat, arrangement form is flexible, extension is easy.
6. Easy installation and short installation period
Use adjustable support, so that the foundation installation of GIS is easy. The control and signal cable adopts synthesize connector clip, which can make installation and maintain easier.
7. Lower noise
As lower operated power, the synthesize noise of GIS is lower. Noise standard is State city region I nightly standard rate.
