If the nature of the fault is permanent and the substation fails to coincide, an accident within a medium voltage user boundary will result in a power outage of the entire distribution line, and even single-phase grounding will cause interference to other users. This common ripple accident in the distribution network will cause unnecessary power outage losses to other normal users and have a negative impact on a society highly dependent on power supply.
